The Roof Deck Committee was created to help manage the public roof deck space. The committee strives to create a comfortable and welcoming roof deck environment for our warmer months.

Roof Hours:
10:00a - 10:00p Sunday - Thursday
10:00a - 11:00p Friday - Saturday

Roof Rules
+ The Roof Deck is available for shareholders and their guests only (real tenants are not permitted to use the space)

+ Shareholders having (8) or more adults must reserve the entire space (5) business days prior.
(Full Day Rental: $75.00 // Half Day Rental: $50.00)

+ Shareholders are not permitted to leave personal items or plants on the Roof Deck. These items will be removed, and the building is not responsible for them.

+ While pets are permitted, shareholders will be held responsible for their pets actions and may be subject to a $50.00 fine. If there are more than (2) pets on the roof they must be leashed or contained.     

+ Clean-up after yourself while on the Roof Deck (Grill, Trash, Hosing down Deck etc), failure to do so may result in a $50.00 fine.

+ Please return furniture to its original location and close the umbrella after use.

+ Deck doors MUST be locked after use

+ Shareholders using the Roof Deck are subject to all house rules (please be respectful of noise).
